All of my kids have been little bean poles with their skinny little bellies, legs and lack of a behind! It really makes finding pants that fit a struggle. When I finally find a pair that are long enough then the waist is way too big and refuses to stay up! I've tried regular toddler belts but for my toddlers it just doesn't work. If I can cinch up the waist enough to keep the pants from falling down, then it is too tight for their little belly. I used to simply fold the back of the pants up and then hand sew it closed to keep the pants from falling down, but then when they would have a growth spurt I would have to pick the stitches and do the sewing all over again. My Dapper Snapper arrived just before we left for our camping trip a few weeks ago, and it couldn't have come at a better time! Who wants their kids pants falling down all the time at camp? The terrain is hard enough for a toddler to navigate without the struggle of their pants falling and tripping them up!
The Dapper Snapper was very easy to attach to Jade's pants, actually they were easier to put on than a typical belt! I had her pants on, and belted in less time than it would have taken to just thread a regular belt through her pants.
The Dapper Snapper is very easy to attach to the pants! As long as they have 3 belt loops in the back, then the Dapper Snapper can be used. Simply thread the Dapper Snapper through the back loops of the pants, and then fold over and snap into place on both sides. Simple as that!
We've used the Dapper Snapper multiple times a week! Every time Jade has a pair of pants that droop in the back, we pull out her Dapper Snapper! We recently went on another hiking trip to the Grand Tetons, and I absolutely loved how well the Dapper Snapper kept her pants up!
Even bending down, crouching and all sorts of Toddler movements, and her pants stayed up!
We never had to pull up Jade's pants after she would stand back up from crouching to discover new and exciting things in the mountains! They always remained pulled up and in place. And we rarely saw any more of her diaper than what we normally saw when she was standing.

I would love one of these for my youngest daughter – she is tiny for her age and everything always seems to be too big for her!
I bought one of these for my daughter before she was born and it has been wonderful. I will even secretly admit that I have borrowed it on more than one occasion when I have a pair of pants too large for my waist and no belt loop in the back.
I need to order a few more so that I do not have to borrow hers and we can have fun colors!
My son could really use this!! He is in between pant sizes and wears cloth diapers so his butt looks a bit bulky.
What a useful product. My daughter seems to be mooning people all over and has even resorted to not liking jeans or cords because of the situation with her sagging pants. It’s good to know there’s a product on the market just for such an issue.
What a great idea! I’d been looking for something like this for my 4 year old. She has a long torso, short legs, a round belly and a small waist- Bad combination for keeping pants and shorts up. I’d love to try one out.
What a fantastic product! My 18mo girl’s pants constantly fall down and I fear that my 4mo’s will do the same. They’re both skinny minnie’s!
