By now most of you have figured out that we are a  green cloth diapering family. I have been so blessed to experience a small variety of cloth diapers; and I'm always excited to find and try out new brands and styles! I have to say I haven't been disappointed yet! One of my absolute favorites I've been lucky to use is the new Go GREEN diapers!

Introducing Green Diapers from Go Green Cloth diapers.

Green Diapers; The More eco-friendly GoGreen Champ Cloth Diaper Review

Go Green diapers was launched late in 2010 and is a young and energetic company seeking to transform the world of cloth diapering through innovative, scientifically developed product designs. The founders, Leah Leverich Ph.D and her husband Don Cooper Ph.D, also have 3 children which is what helped inspire them to make a better and more cost effective Cloth diaper.

The Go Green Champ features a total of 4 snap-down rise settings to provide true birth (7 lb) to potty (40+ lb) fit. Two rows of waist snaps allow waist and leg openings to be adjusted independently, ensuring a secure fit on chunky-thighed toddlers and skinny-legged newborns alike! Additionally, hip snaps are included to prevent "wing droop," and crossover snaps allow waist tabs to be overlapped for a newborn size setting – and also make for secure and tidy storage of soiled diapers on-the-go! Dual Gussets™ Technology provides a double barrier against leaks, a fantastic feature for parents and babies alike.

A personal experience with green Diapers

Green Diapers; The More eco-friendly GoGreen Champ Cloth Diaper Review

I was sent the MOO Champ go green diaper to try out; and I was so excited when the package came! Even Jade was excited when I showed it to her! It is incredibly adorable, but what I love most is how SOFT it is! The outside is this very soft "minky" type material which Jade just loved and squeezed. Quite a funny sight to see my little 2 year old walking around the house cuddling a DIAPER! But there you have it!

We are reaching a point in Jade's diapering existence where I am deciding that Snaps are a good thing, as she has learned how to take off the H&L cloth diapers a little too easily. She can't quite figure out the snaps yet, so I'm loving the snap feature on the GoGreen Champ! But don't worry, if you are are a diehard H&L lover like I used to be; the Champ diaper also has an easy Snap on aplix Convertion accessory that quickly and easily changes the diaper from a Snap diaper to an H&L! You can see easy step by step photos on how it works from GoGreen's Facebook page. I love that you get the benefits of BOTH the H&L and the snaps with the same diaper. Plus, since the converter is snap on; it is also an easy snap OFF for laundering; thus it won't get worn out in the wash like so many of the H&L closures.

2nd Opening in the front for "stuffing" the pocket; liner Snaps into place.

Normally I'm not a big fan of pocket diapers because I don't enjoy "stuffing" the diapers. Many pocket diapers just don't have a big enough opening in the back for me to easily slide my hand and the insert into the diaper at the same time! The Go Green Champ is completely unique in that it has two openings and both are rather wide, which has made stuffing the diaper so easy that even I don't mind it! Not only is it easy to stuff the diaper, but also when it comes time for laundry, you don't even have to pull the liner out! Merely unsnap the liner and it will work it's way out during the wash cycle. I've used this many times and the liner always comes out on it's own and is always clean!

Not only has the Champ diaper made it really easy for me to stuff the diaper, but they also have one of my favorite features in ANY cloth diaper…the insert snaps into place! This is a "MUST HAVE" with my daughter. She is so wiggly and active that if the insert isn't snapped into place it moves, bunches and even comes out of the diaper! This is a problem I'm so thrilled I have never had with the GoGreen diaper!

Another feature that I found unique to the GoGreen champ; is the extra leg gussets in the diaper. I really enjoy having the second set of Gussets as it ensures that even the most runny "mess" won't leak. The problem I've had with many other diapers that have this extra gusset is that they weren't lined with a soft fabric, and the extra gussets actually would rub my daughter's skin raw. Again, NOT a problem I've experienced with the GoGreen Champ. The entire inside of the diaper is just as soft as the outside, and Jade's skin has seen a remarkable difference.

Overall; the GoGreen champ is easily one of our Favorite Cloth diapers as to date! Plus they have some of the most adorable patterns! You can visit their website to see the vast selection of prints and styles of GoGreen cloth diapers. GoGreen Diapers can also be found on Facebook and Twitter.

You gave such a great review, I just bought my first pack of 6 through Gogreen’s fb page. They had a special offer through Amazon (buy 5 get 1 free). Now, I can’t wait until my babies get here in July. They are going to have the CUTEST bums ever!
