With the holidays coming you are probably keeping your eyes pealed for those great sales and deals for the holiday gifts you want most! But what happens when money is running just a little tight that week? Do you just miss out on the best Christmas present? You don’t have to with Kmart’s Layaway program.
Kmart’s Layaway program offers easy payment scheduling
Kmart’s layway program is easy to use! Not only can you use it in the store but online too! I’ve never seen that option before! So incase your local store doesn’t carry the product you want most, you can still get it through their layaway program. Simply take your items into the layaway counter, make the initial payment and the remaining balance will be divided up into easy payments every two weeks for 8 weeks. And best of all right now kmart is offering free layaway with no service fees!
This will allow you the time for the next paycheck to come in and also lets you get those presents at the great sale price before the sale ends or they sell out of stock! I haven’t had much opportunity to use layaway, but with a system as easy as Kmart’s program I may just use it this year. They are always having great sales on toys in our local store, but it always seems to be at the end of the Husband’s pay period. Layaway would allow me to get that birthday present at the sale price before it sells out of stock, and complete the rest of the payment as soon as the next paycheck comes in!

I like that there is an online layaway option. I do not have a KMart near me, but there is one by my niece, so it would be nice to get my presents for her and her family on Kmart and just have them shipped to her!
Years ago I use to use KMart layaway for Christmas gifts. I loved that. I didn’t know either that you could do this online. That is awesome for people that live a distance from a Mart store, like I am.

I didn’t think any stores did layaway anymore-and the giveaway is an amazing bonus. With 2 teens and a tight budget I’m going to start shopping this weekend. There’s a Kmart about 10 minutes from my house, I haven’t been there in ages, I’m excited to see what the store has for product lines and prices! Thank you for this info!

I love K-marts lay-away we use it a few times a year once for summer items like pools and other goodies and at christmas. I also like that if something gets marked down thats in layaway they honor it.

Layaway was the only way to go many years ago. I am so glad many stores are bringing it back. KM art is one of my favorite stores so you know I’ll be using this.

Layway online is a new concept to me! I like the idea a lot. It’s kind of painful to get help in our local KMart so using the online version would be a lot easier.
I really like that Kmart allows you to do layaway on both online and instore items. This makes it easier to shop ahead of time and get the best deals on the items I would want to put on layaway.

I love it that kmart has maintained layaway. For some families its the only way to get Christmas presents, school clothes.. and lots of other things.
Layaway is so nice! You can make your purchases early, then set up your budget to pay on it each week.

We don’t have a Kmart in town anymore…but the idea of a layaway sounds great!

I miss my Kmart that we had in town. Walmart drove them out of business in our town. I loved their giveaway program. It was the best. If I want to go to Kmart now, it’s a 50 mile drive..

I love K Mart’s lay away program. It helps you budget out your items and not have to see if they are in the store when you are ready to pay for them.
If you are using layaway, I’d say Kmart’s is the best choice! I have always preferred theirs over other stores. I may be using it this year!

I went there as a kid, but they have gotten rid of all Kmarts by me. Not sure where one is. I used to use their layaway with my own son. It was great for Christmas.
