Do you love monograms on your personalized accessories? Until I had Jade's Blanket monogrammed, I had actually never had a monogrammed accessory before. But since then I've fallen in love with them! But everything always seemed so expensive I didn't have the opportunity to try anything else out. When I was looking over Miss Lucy's Monograms website, I had the hardest time deciding just want I wanted! There were so many items I instantly fell in love with! I really wanted one of the Diaper bags! I mean look at it! They come in a lot of different color choices, plus the customized monograms, and you have the most unique and perfect diaper bag! You'd be the envy of every mother out there! But what I needed was something bigger. 

I work with the youth in our church, and I have to carry around a large binder with a lot of important information in it. This binder just does NOT fit into my normal diaper bags! Yet since I always have little Jade around, I still need to carry all the essentials from a diaper bag. I can't very well carry two bags, plus a little toddler around. I needed to trim myself down, and that's when I saw the large Weekender Totes! It was perfect! Stylish, fashionable, and easy to carry. Plus measuring at  18" X 14.5" X 7" it would definitely carry both my church work and Jade's diaper needs! Plus the bag, personalized monogram and all the bells and whistles was only $37.00!! Now that's a price I can work with for a large bag like this! 

I was so thrilled when it arrived on my doorstep! I immediately tour into the package and just adored my new bag! The husband got a good laugh at me as I just kept saying, "Oh look at it! It's so cool!" 

The weekender tote comes with thick, fabric lined handles, which has a slight padding to them, which makes for easy carrying. It doesn't dig into my shoulders as I carry it around, even with a lot stuffed into the bag. The stitching is secure and the covering has put up with quite a bit, and after weeks worth of use it is still standing strong! I hate it when the straps on bags come apart, because it makes the entire bag useless (I have a good collection of these useless bags in our closet, I just can't get myself to throw them away, but I can't use them either). But these straps are still going strong and don't even show a single sign of wear and tear! 

The outside of the bag features a fun quilted fabric texture. It also have a nice sized zippered pocket on the outside and sturdy metal knobs on the bottom of the bag for extra durability. It keeps it's shape well which makes adding and removing items from the bag much easier and allows for a lot more room when rummaging through the bag. 

The inside of the bag is lined with a fun checkered pattern material, and also features a zippered pocket as well as a regular open pocket and a smaller pocket with an elastic closure. The elastic pocket doesn't close all the way, but the elastic top makes for a tighter fit, which is perfect for when I need to add my cell phone to the bag, or a smaller bottle. It keeps the items more secure in the pocket. 

The weekender Tote also comes with a fun matching bow which snaps on and off! I love that I can remove the bow for more formal occasions but reattach it when I'm just out and about on my own errands. I also love that this bag has a zippered closure. No more losing stuff out of the diaper bag because it doesn't have a complete closure!

As for the actual monograms, it is stunning! The thread's color is vibrant, and thick! After all this time, not a single thread has started to fray, nor come lose. Miss Lucy's Monograms takes great attention to detail to ensure that the monograms look aesthetically pleasing on the bag, and even give the option to stagger or use 2 lines to ensure that larger monograms look nice on the accessory. They have a large collection of fonts, styles, colors, lettering and more options to ensure that your accessory is truly one of a kind!

Our logo, JadeLouise Designs, has been the highlight of the weekender! If you own a blog or business, having your logo monogrammed across an accessory you carry around often is definitely a great way to get your name out! And it has definitely been a great conversation starter as I'm just out grocery shopping or running errands around town. This tote has been noticed, complimented and questioned! The weekender tote has been amazing! As you can see it fits the entire binder and I have lots of room left over! I can usually ad about 3-4 cloth diapers, wipes, a few toys, a sippy cup, snack cup, writing utensils and more all in addition to the binder! And I still have room in the bag to rummage around looking for stuff! We recently went on a trip to Wyoming to visit my family, and the weekender was a life saver! It was big enough that i was able to hold all of Jade's clothes, diapers, plus the regular diaper bag essentials for the entire weekend! This is the first time I haven't had to have 2 bags just for Jade! It really cut down on the amount of luggage we had to take and it was nice that I always had everything I needed for Jade right there with me at all times. 

Miss Lucy's Monograms has been an absolutely joy to use! It is simple, the quality of accessories and bags are outstanding and they work so well and are quite functional! The monograms themselves are superb and the quality is quite exceptional!  It's definitely where I'll be going for all future monogram needs, I already have my eye on some stunning ipad and laptop cases! As I mentioned, I've been using this weekender tote for quite a few weeks now, and it has held up to not only my wear and tear, but also 2 rough and tough boys, and one curious toddler, constantly getting in and out, and carrying around the bag! And yet it still looks new!
