Welcome to my week 8 Nutrisystem report! I've just completed my second month on the Nutrisystem program and you know what that means! A Video report! These don't happen very often on our site because videos are so hard to get around here. Well, not hard to get but hard to get a quiet environment to make the video! We always have kids running around, or cartoons playing or the dishwasher running. So don't mind the background noises, and enjoy our monthly video check in report!
Nutrisystem weight in results for yet another week.
I'm so excited that I finally got around to using the Nutrisystem online community! Check out my fun little weight loss tracker! Isn't it cute? I like this method a lot better for tracking my weight.
Starting weight: 185.2
Week 1: 179.4
Week 2: 176.8

So I didn't lose any weight this week, but I'm just happy I didn't gain! My word of advice? Don't have birthdays, anniversaries or any special occasion that offers a lot of rich and tempting foods! Yeah, it was my birthday and I was taken out a few times. Also the husband came home so we could celebrate our anniversary for the weekend. Another, not so good meal choice. So really, I'm very grateful for not gaining anything this week. The upcoming weeks don't have any special occasions so I should be good, and hopefully I can learn a better way to manage these events so that I won't have any more set backs by the time Thanksgiving rolls around.

You are doing great! Sometimes we hit a wall in our weight loss. it happens to many. What I do during the holidays is remember everything in moderate. It is so tempting to dive into all the goodies, but I pick one or two at events, and make sure to always bring healthy options to events. I also give myself goals to keep me on track.

It’s getting harder now that the weather is cooler, any tips?
I’ve been using less ice cubes in my water, always keep a big bottle near you when doing your daily exercise. I’ve also found some great recipes on adding fruit flavors to water without sugar or many calories at all. Basically it’s like putting a lemon in your ice water, but you can do it with other fruits too. Very light flavor.
