I love having a daughter! I love all the frills, lace, pink decor and fashion accessories that come with having a little girl! What I don't like is how much money it takes to accessorize my daughter. Yet I still do it! Why? Because after two boys, I'm loving having a girl! Although, at back to school time I used to sit back and enjoy that I never had to buy accessories to go with the back to school clothing. With boys it's just the usual clothes. But for girls, you need the matching boutique hair bows, fashion accessories and maybe even a little jewelry. You always want your little girl, or older girl; to look their best. So us moms are suckers for shelling out the money for those amazing boutique hair bows!
Fashion Made to Match Boutique Hair Bows are expensive.
So here is where the problem arises. Like any mom with a daughter, we need lots of hair bows for Jade. We can't be sending her to school with a purple outfit wearing a deep red and black hair bow. It just doesn't work that way. Now, I can make a fair amount of fashion hair accessories myself with fabric, silk flowers and all! But I always have struggled with ribbon. It just isn't my thing. I make some mighty elaborate flower hair bows, but if it's made from ribbon; count me out. Ribbon and I just don't play nicely with each other. So I'm still quite the admirer of ribbon hair bows, especially the made to match boutique hair bows. But they can be quite expensive to get a quality boutique hair bow. Add to that, one that is designed to match a specific outfit, and you are looking at a lot of money!
Why? Well, you can't just get one! You need bows to match each outfit! Then when she hits a growth spurt, you need to go buy even more made to match hair bows because she now has new outfits to match with. Can you just imagine how unhappy the husband is seeing all the money going to hair bows? This is just something the guys don't get. Us women…oh yeah, we understand the need for a matching set; but guys don't get it. A Mom and daughter on the hunt for hair bows is like a woman and her shoes! You can never have too many, and yes, you really do need that new pair.
Make to Match Hair Bows offer multiple fashion boutique hair bows in one!
Make To Match is a patent pending system of hair bows that allows you to create your own custom hair bow combinations at home! You can pick and choose different toppers, layers, spikes and corker bows that you can use to layer and mix and match to create a boutique bow all your own style! And best of all, even people like me who don't play well with ribbon can make fashionable boutique hair bows! And even better, for a lot less money!
Be your own Boutique hair bow designer in a snap!
What makes the Make to Match boutique hair bow system so unique truly is the ability to mix and match each layer of the bows with all the other pieces! You can create countless boutique hair bows from the same few supplies! The fascination of this system and just how it worked, got me very intrigued and I had to give it a try!
All my pieces came nicely assembled in a box, so as to prevent any of the bows from getting bent out of shape during shipping. I hate when there is a stunning hair bow online, I order it and it arrived completely squished and misshapen.
One of the hair bows was already assemble for me too! I loved the layout and it was assembled onto a ribbon lined headband. Sadly, Jade's head is still too small for those, but I love that these hair bows can grow with her and she can wear them for many years to come!
So it's time to lay out all the supplies and see what I have to work with for making my own boutique hair bow to match Jade's new back to school outfit.
I have ribbons, spikes, corkers, adorable toppers, loopy layers and more. Are your creative juices flowing yet? Do you see some pieces you'd love to start combining yourself? Not to mention all the layers on the already assembled hair bow that I can take apart and mix in!
The corker bows are well shaped and very full! I love that it is full all 360 degrees around and not at just some angles. I love these fuller corker bows!
I got different ribbon bows for layers or just to make a very simple bow own it's own.The extra ribbon in the center is a corker ribbon used to tie the different pieces together to ensure the snaps stay together, or to hide the snaps. If you look closely at the center, you can see one of the snaps on the hair bow. This allows it to be combined with other pieces to create your own look.
I even got a waffle elastic headband. Which is perfect because this is the only type of headband that Jade will wear right now. But there are other hardware you can use with your Make to Match hair bows, such as the ribbon lined headband I mentioned earlier and even little clippies.
Are you creating your own hair bow in your mind yet? Oh, we're not done yet!
The spike layers are well assembled and easy to slip onto the bow as you assemble them. See the hole in the center? You simply make sure that is lined up before you snap a base and the next layer of the bow together through that hole. The loopy layers have the same center hole feature.
I instantly fell in love with the fun ice cream cone topper! I mean, seriously! How adorable is that? It will go so well with another outfit for Jade that is being mailed to us as I type this.
And it even has it's own snap! It can be used as a topper for a large bow, or simply snap it onto the small clippie and use it as a simple barrette.
For me, I think the funnest part is definitely the toppers. They are each so unique and quite adorable!
And they are so full of such amazing detail! Now tell me truthfully, could you make an adorable topper like that with that much precision and detail?
So I have my ideas flowing and I started mixing and matching different layers and bows, snapping layers together and attaching to the headband. Now we get to see how my own boutique hair bow design turned out.
Yeah, I made that! Well, you know what I mean; I assembled it! I actually helped to create an adorable boutique style hair bow from ribbon! Seriously this was so easy even a very crafty challenged mom could do this! Heck, even DAD could do this! (pardon my language, I just got excited for a second there. Can you just see the Dad's joining in on creating the bows? Yeah, probably not but still the thought was fun).
As I said, I wanted a hair bow to match Jade's newest outfit. So what do you think?
Boutique hair bows that will get her noticed!
Jade had some testing to do for her speech and development delays to see if she qualifies for a special preschool that helps kids overcome their delays. So all dressed up she finally had somewhere to go. We took her out and every teacher at the school we came in contact with commented on Jade's adorable hair bow!
That's not all. We then ran some errands around town, going to the grocery store and lots more. Every stop we had multiple people comment to me about Jade's adorable hair bow! I'm telling you, your daughter will get noticed! The Make to Match boutique hair bows help your daughter stand out in a good way with unique fashion.
I've loved my play time with the Make to Match boutique hair bows. They are fun and quite easy to assembled and offer a large variety of different style options with the same few fashion supplies! You can save money by mixing and matching the supplies to create your own unique look and you can be sure you always have a hair bow to match!

I make hair bows, but the interchangeable ones are great! My little one always has to be wearing all she can find at once, sometimes as many as a dozen, maybe this would help her choose, lol. The Belle bottom cuffs would come in so handy, for length we have to go up a full size then they are big in the waist, would be a great product to have for those favorite pants!
I love how easy these are to snap together! Too cute!
