Every year we always have a Christmas Movie Fest! We gather our favorite Christmas movies and we start watching them all month long. We’ve created our very own family top Christmas movies. There are some pretty amazing movies out there. And we always get very serious the week before Christmas; watching all of our favorites.
I was really curious as to what a broader poll of opinions would have on their top Christmas Movies list. We took the question to our fans and the masses and asked people their favorite Christmas Movies. And now we have the results! In no particular order this is what we discovered were the top Christmas movies everyone looks forward to watching each year!

Many of these Christmas Movies are classics, some are newer. But all are loved enough to be repeated multiple times among those I polled online and off. They were all also listed on top Christmas Movies of all time listed all over the internet when I performed a Google Search. How about that! It always amazes me when so many people have the same list of top Christmas Movies. It must mean they are amazing.
Did some of those movies surprise you to be on the list? Some of them I’m sure you most likely expected to be on the list. But are there some top Christmas movies in your life that didn’t make the list?
What are your Top Christmas Movies you watch each year?

I cant believe The Christmas Shoes didnt make the list! National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation is my favorite! I didnt get a chance to see it this year though! Guess I need to buy it on DVD! We did watch The Christmas Shoes, Elf, The Christmas Blessing and a few more we love!
Christmas in Connecticut is a great classic that I would include.
We love Elf! I also love Santa Paws, it has adorable dogs and a heartwarming story line!
I LOVE The Nativity Story. It’s one of my favorites and I’m really hoping Santa has picked up on my dropped hints.
I pretty much love the rest of the movies, too, but I had to put a shout out because I was so glad that one made it to the list.
Love Elf!
Totally awesome list! A Christmas Story is my all time favorite – it never gets old!
Elf is a cute movie, but I wish Nightmare Before Christmas was on this list!
I love Muppet Christmas Carol! One of my top movies for sure. How the Grinch Stole Christmas with Jim Carey is also a top pick for me.
I have never seen some of those. Our favorite is Smokey Mountain Christmas w/ Dolly. It used to come on tv every year when I was a child. When it stopped… my mother bought it for our kids. (I do understand that CMT still airs it)
i LOVE elf!
The Elf and Muppets are on the list
Many of our faves are on the list! I cannot wait until my son is old enough to enjoy Elf!
Love Elf and the Christmas Classics! I used to call my husband Herbie after the dentist elf in Rudolph. He looked just like him with the hair…
Oh goodness Danielle! Now I want to see a picture of your husband. lol.
Many of our favorites made the list!
Looks like almost all my favorites made the list! A Christmas Story is my #1 movie, though I would have included Love Actually as well.
I agree with your list but I have never seen The Ultimate Gift. Amazon has it pretty cheap so I just might have to buy it. My all time favorite Christmas movie is It’s A Wonderful Life.
Oh Debbie, the Ultimate Gift is one of my favorites. But you will need to have a box of tissues on hand when you watch it. It is a tear jerker! But very impactful! (yea, that’s probably not even a real word; but you get the idea)
