I love relaxing in a well decorated yard, complete with manicured yard, flowers, yard decor and wind art. Adding in the small touches really helps to improve the relaxing nature of a yard, turning it from simply a well maintained yard into a quiet sanctuary where you can relax. One of my favorite items for a relaxing yard is wind art, or more commonly called wind spinners.
Discovering Quality Wind Art; Iron Stop Designer splash wind spinner.
Wind art is simply an item that adds beauty to it's surroundings when it is moved by the wind. There are many different things you can add to your yard to add wind art, but my favorite are wind spinners. These are magnificent items that you can hang from your home or a garden hook that spin in the wind and use the light reflecting off of it to create magical designs.
The beautiful Designer Sunfire Splash spinner features a unique design and vibrant colors that bring it to life when the light hits it. Made of 20 gauge steel and powder coated for durability and weather resistance, this design makes a great addition to any lawn or garden.
I recently was able to try out the Iron Stop Designer Sunfire Splash Wind Spinner from Avant Garden decor. It comes completely flat in a box. And then it is up to you to follow the directions and flair out the "rings" of the spinner to achieve the 3-D effect.
It's fairly simple, just remember to start from the center, not the outside and then work your way out. You want to space each layer about 1 inch apart.
The wind art also comes with a sturdy hanger already attached, so it makes it very simple to display in your yard.
It was really easy to set the wind art up in my yard. It took less than five minutes to have it hung and sharing it's beauty!
Allow Wind Art to turn your yard into a Sanctuary
Now with the wind art hanging in our yard, it is time to sit back and relax. It is the perfect complimentary decoration to hang next to my tuned wind chime in our front yard.
It truly blends well with it's surroundings with it's natural color pattern. And I love how it fairs so well in the weather and due to it's powder coating, it won't look worn or tarnished after being exposed to the elements.
But even more than just seeing it in the garden is watching it actually spin. That is where the most beauty comes into play. It's most amazing when the wind causes it to spin. It comes to life and I could literally sit for hours relaxing watching it spin and listening to the soft chimes of my wind chime.
Just imagine having one of these in your yard! Wouldn't you want to spend more time outside just so you could watch it too?

That is beautiful! I love to sit out on the porch and this would just be awesome to have out there!
That looks so pretty in your yard, especially paired with the wind chimes! We have some chimes hanging from the roof of our front stoop, but I’d love to hang a spinner from the tree in our yard.
My mother in law collects windspinners! You’re right – they do transform a yard and everyone on her street talks about them!
I think decorating gardens with non-plant accents make them so much more fun and whimsical.
Neat, very pretty. I love stuff like that in my yard.
Wow, that was pretty at first glance, but even prettier out in the yard.
